O'Brien and Sisko get trapped on a planet where the inhabitants shun technology. They force the two men to stay there and work in the fields. Maybe they do not want to be found out or something, I really didn't get it. Anyway, something about Sisko being forced to work in a field is mighty uncomfortable.
It's a very typical, Original Series type of episode. Nothing special.

The alternate title for this episode was "12 Years a Sisko."
I don't know what that means.
That makes more sense than my idea for a name "NaSisko Shredded White"
