"Dukat seeks Kira's help in regaining his rank in the Cardassian Empire."
Dukat and Kira head to a meeting between the Cardassians and the Klingon. They find a Bird of Pray going crazy and destroying shit. They fight against the vessel and cripple it, Dukat wants to go in for the kill but he is stopped by the Cardassian government because they would rather find a peaceful solution. Dukat is disgusted by this and vows to single handedly destroy the Klingon Empire. Because of Dukat's suddenly irrational behavior, Kira takes temporary custody of his daughter Ziyal.
