Another solid directing job by LeVar Burton. Decent episode, if you like Ferengi themed episodes. Rom is sick with an ear infection for weeks and Quark won't let him have a day off, so he decides to form a Union and strike. Quark will not abide. The Ferengi government sends the FCA to strong arm Rom, Quark protects him and gets beaten up. In the end Quark agrees to Rom's demands, only if everyone pretends that Quark has won. Basically it was like the movie Hoffa. ...ok, I never saw that movie.
